Multi-Fluorescence Imaging (MFI)

ROCK IMAGER v4.1 now supports an optional Multi-Fluorescence Imaging (MFI) module. MFI utilizes three filters to capture the UV fluorescence from aromatic amino acids or labeled protein fluorescence. It helps to separate protein-protein complex crystals from single protein crystals. For more information, see Multi-Fluorescence Imaging (Optional).

MFI Sample Images - Visible, Texas Red, Ultraviolet, and Fluorescein (Cyan)
