Fixing Volume Sensor Issues

A volume sensor error may appear if the volume sensor failed to detect the actual solution volume in the tubes during the concentration process. If this happens, you must follow the instructions below to fix the issue.

To fix a volume sensor issue:

  1. Detach the filter chip, tubing block, and tubes from the µPULSE instrument.
  2. Go to the SYSTEM SETTINGS and tap the CALIBRATION option.
  3. Check each loadcell using the calibration weight.
  4. Follow the instruction for re-calibrating the scales if errors are found.

Note: Contact support@formulatrix.com if the problem persists.
