Help & Support Option under the Help Menu
The Help & Support page consists of the following sections:
- Online Help panel provides the link to the online help of your current software version. The available link will direct you to the welcome page in a new tab.

- Contact Us panel lists the FORMULATRIX support contacts. If you have questions that have not been answered by the online help, or need further assistance in using the FLO i8 system, please contact our support team by emailing support@formulatrix.com. Support technicians monitor this email address 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
