Managing Dispense Reports
The following sections provide the tutorials on managing dispense reports that you might need in using the Dispense Report Explorer.
Prerequisite:
- You have at least one dispense report.
Searching for a Dispense Report or Folder

To search for a dispense report or folder:
- Open the Dispense Report Explorer page.
- Type the name of the dispense report or folder you want to find on the Search Bar.
Note: Dispense reports or folders search results will show files displayed on the particular page. Files inside subfolders will not appear, though they match with the search keywords.
- Click theicon to clear your search keywords and see the full list of your dispense reports again.
You can organize your dispense reports with folders.
To create a new folder:
- Click the New Folder button on the menu bar.
- Type the folder name on the Create Folder Name window. Then, click CREATE.
Tip: You can create a subfolder inside a folder.
To rename a folder:
- Select the folder you want to rename.
- Click the More button on the menu bar, then select the Renameoption.
- Type the new folder name on the Rename Folder window.
- Click RENAME.
Note: Folders of other users cannot be renamed. Administrators can only rename subfolders inside the username folders.
Moving Dispense Reports or Folders

In organizing dispense reports or folders, you can move them into or out of the folders you have created.
- Select a file or folder you want to move.
OR
Press and hold Ctrl while selecting multiple files or folders.
- Choose from the following options.
- Hold and drag the file(s) into the folder you want.
- Hold and drag the file(s) to the Root folder link to move up a folder level.
Changing Dispense Report Explorer View

You can view files or folders in the Dispense Report Explorer, in Tiles, List, and Details modes.
To change your view mode:
- Click the View button on the menu bar.
- Select the mode you prefer.
Sorting Dispense Reports and Folders

You can sort your dispense reports and folders by name or by date.
To sort your dispense reports and folders:
- Click the Sort button on the menu bar.
- Select the sorting mode.
- Name (ASC)
- Name (DESC)
- Sort by Date Executed (ASC)
- Sort by Date Executed (DESC)
Important: The Sort button is disabled when you view your dispense reports and folders in Details View mode, as the files are already sorted alphabetically.
Removing Dispense Reports and Folders

You can delete one or multiple dispense reports and folders.
Note: Username folders cannot be removed unless the user is deleted. Administrators can only remove the contents inside the username folders.
To remove the dispense reports and folders:
- Select the dispense reports or folders you want to delete.
- Click the More button on the menu bar, then select the Remove option.
- Click YES, REMOVE on the Remove Dispense Report and Folder window.
Dispense Report Info

The information of the dispense report appears in a pop-up panel on the right side of the page. The panel contains the protocol’s name, date executed, time, run by, and duration.
To get a dispense report’s info:
- Click the dispense report.
- Click the Info button on the menu bar to show the dispense report information panel.
- Then, click the button again to hide the panel.
Downloading Dispense Reports and Folders

You can download one or multiple dispense reports or folders to your local drive.
To download one dispense report:
- Open the dispense report and click the DOWNLOAD button on the menu bar.
- Choose the file format you prefer on the Select Download Format window. You can choose between PDF documents (.pdf) or Comma-separated values (.csv) formats.
- Then, click DOWNLOAD to save the file to your local drive.
To download one or multiple dispense files or folders from Dispense Report Explorer:
- Select the dispense reports or folders on the Dispense Report Explorer.
- Click the More button on the menu bar, then select the Download option.
- Choose the file format on the Select Download Format window. You can choose between PDF documents (.pdf) or Comma-separated values (.csv) formats.
- Then, click DOWNLOAD.
Note: If you are downloading multiple folders, the folders are merged in one .zip folder which you can extract to your local drive.
Printing a Dispense Report

You can directly print your dispense reports without downloading the file.
Prerequisites:
- You have installed the required printer application on your computer.
- Your computer is connected to the printer.
To print a dispense report:
- Open the dispense report.
- Click the PRINT button on the menu bar.
- Select the Destination software or printer you want to use.
- Then, adjust the printing settings according to your preferences.
- When you’re done, click Print.
