What's New in FORMULATOR® 1.15

FORMULATOR 1.15 provides the latest improvements to make your work easier. Here is a quick preview of the developments for FORMULATOR 1.15.

Minor Software Changes

FORMULATOR has added several minor changes for better usability. Other changes include:

Added:

  • A configuration to disable the error message dialog box when the system scans an invalid barcode. Now, the error message will only appear in the bottom bar.

Improved:

  • Software behavior to not reset the formulator.exe.config settings after upgrades.

Changed:

  • Motor.3.PositionMapper.Pitch default value in the formulator.exe.config file from 30 to 5.08. This default value will exist during fresh installation to match the Z motor travel movement.
  • The default value for DefaultAccelerationZ in the Formulator.exe.config file to 50.
  • The following feature names in the Wash Tuning option:
    • Internal Wash to External Wash Flush
    • External Wash to External Wash Rinse

Fixed:

  • An issue where the sequence valve in the ExternalChipWash.seq.txt file was changed after tuning the external wash position using Wash Tuning.
